Who uses AppHR World
AppHR World serves candidates seeking European work routes, employers searching for verified workers, recruitment agencies representing candidates, and recruiters acting as users inside agency workspaces.
Candidate access
Candidates can create a profile, upload general documents, select destination countries, and pay small country dossier fees where required. Candidate document access is not public and is shared only by consent inside the platform.
Employer access
Employers can subscribe, post jobs, search candidates, save filters, unlock CV and contact access, request document access, and activate immigration dossier workflows for selected candidates.
Agency access
Agencies can manage recruiters, request candidate representation, manage consent-limited candidate workspaces, request document access, and run dossier workflows. A candidate can be represented by multiple agencies if consent scopes do not conflict.
Badges
Company and agency badges are paid verification products. Badge fees are not refunded after the verification process is requested, including cases where issues must be corrected before approval.
