This refund policy is a working draft for legal review before launch. It reflects the agreed commercial logic and must be checked against final contracts, invoices, and consumer/business rules.
Subscription refund formula
For employer and agency subscription refunds, 25% of the subscription is retained from the start for access and functionality already made available. The remaining 75% is allocated across the included CV or usage quota. Used CV views or usage units are deducted from the refundable amount.
Example: if a client pays 100 EUR and receives 10 included CV views, 25 EUR is retained. The remaining 75 EUR means 7.5 EUR per included CV view. If 5 CVs were viewed, 37.5 EUR is used and 37.5 EUR may remain refundable, subject to invoice correction rules.
CV unlocks
Once a company unlocks a CV, that unlock remains active for that company account while the account exists. CV unlocks are not export rights and do not apply to other companies.
Candidate country dossiers
Candidate country dossier fees are small activation fees for readiness checking and destination-country promotion. Refund treatment will be finalized in the legal terms before launch.
Badges and managed verification
Company and agency badge fees are not refunded once requested, even if verification finds issues. The process can continue through issue identification, correction, re-checking, and approval.
